Terms & Conditions
Welcome & Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Acquainted Aesthetics. By using our website, booking an appointment, or making a purchase, you agree to the policies outlined below. We encourage all guests to review these terms prior to their visit.
Appointments & Booking
Appointments may be reserved directly through our online booking system. A deposit is not currently required. Guests may be asked to provide a valid payment method to secure their reservation.
All appointments are subject to availability, treatment eligibility, and Acquainted Aesthetics' booking policies.
Cancellations, Reseduling, & No Shows
We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Changes made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a $50 fee.
We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. Emergencies and other exceptional situations will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Guests who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will incur a $50 no-show fee.
Late Arrivals
We kindly ask guests to arrive no more than 5 minutes before their scheduled appointment. Guests completing intake forms in person are encouraged to arrive 10 minutes early.
A 10-minute grace period is provided for late arrivals. Delays may result in a shortened treatment without a price adjustment. Arrivals exceeding 10 minutes may result in appointment cancellation and applicable fees.
We encourage guests to notify Acquainted Aesthetics as soon as possible if they anticipate arriving late.
Treatment & Guest Responsibilities
All treatments are customized to each guest's individual skin needs and suitability. Guests are responsible for disclosing relevant health conditions, allergies, medications, and recent skincare treatments.
Acquainted Aesthetics reserves the right to modify, postpone, or decline treatments when necessary for guest safety.
Guests must be at least 13 years old to receive treatment. Those under 18 require parental or legal guardian consent, with a parent or guardian present for the initial consultation.
The Privé Membership
The Privé is offered at $90 per month with an initial three-month commitment, followed by automatic month-to-month renewal.
Each billing cycle includes one Essential Facial and preferred pricing on eligible upgrades. Unused monthly facial benefits may roll over for up to 60 days from their original billing date and are nontransferable.
Members may cancel after their initial commitment by providing at least 30 days' written notice before their next billing date. Membership benefits remain available through the final paid billing period, subject to their expiration dates.
Gift Cards
Acquainted Aesthetics offers electronic and physical gift cards redeemable toward eligible treatments and retail purchases.
Gift cards are not redeemable for cash, except where required by law. Lost or stolen gift cards may not be replaced unless the remaining balance can be verified.
Purchased gift cards are valid for at least five years from the date of purchase, subject to applicable law. Any unused balance may be applied toward future eligible purchases.
Returns & Refunds
Retail returns may be requested within 14 days of purchase with proof of purchase. All returns are subject to inspection and approval.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Completed services are nonrefundable. Gift card purchases are nonrefundable.

All website content, including text, imagery, logos, and branding, is owned by or licensed to Acquainted Aesthetics and may not be reproduced or used commercially without permission.
We reserve the right to update website content, services, pricing, and these Terms & Conditions as needed, subject to applicable law.
